Kamal Haasan and Shankar’s film, Indian 2 is all set to release this July. The film is an official sequel to yesteryear’s blockbuster, Indian which also became a blockbuster in Telugu language, dubbed as Bharateeyudu. Now, it is learned that Indian 2 will follow Vikram-style screenplay. Vikram starring Kamal Hassan was directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj and followed a unique and stylish screenplay.
Kamal Haasan had a lesser runtime but the impact was huge. Fahadh Faasil had a greater run time in the first half of the film. It is said to be the same in Indian 2 as well. Siddarth who played a pivotal role in Indian 2 is said to be playing a key role in the fight against corruption. It is believed that he replicates Fahadh Faasil’s role in Vikram. Siddarth carries the film in first Half and Kamal Haasan’s entry might take place during the Interval to save Siddarth.
Indian 3, the next film in the franchise will feature Kamal Haasan in the full length role. It is also believed that Kajal who plays a role in the film would have big scope in Indian 3. She too might not have a good runtime as Kamal Haasan in Indian 2.
