The Varasudu trailer which was released yesterday has received an extreme negative feedback from Telugu audience. The trailer looks very much similar to many recent Telugu films which have the same backdrop.
The netizens are comparing the trailer with multiple movies and trolling it by making memes in social media and blaming the director Vamsi Paidipally. We cannot blame the netizens as the trailer is a mixture of several Telugu Films.
Varasudu trailer has similar shots to Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyathavasi, Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi, Srimanthudu and Brahmotsavam and also it has shades of Gowtam SSC, Ala Vaikuntapuramulo and so many other Trivikram movies.
The rich house and big family, corporate setup and hero coming to take the CEO chair, all these points give a dejavu factor to the Telugu public.
Mahesh fans wonder that how could Vamsi narrate this story to Mahesh, and they’ve felt glad that their favorite hero has rejected this script. Telugu audience are now fed up with these CEO heroes and rich family stories, and they want to see heroes in more rooted stories.
Mega and Nandamuri fans are feeling elated after watching the trailer as they are confident about the film’s result in Telugu as it won’t excite our crowd and as Varasudu is releasing on January 11, they’re thinking that this will help Waltair Veerayya and Veera Simha Reddy movies.
