Prashanth Varma’s Hanuman starring Teja Sajja and Amrutha Aiyer is winning the hearts of audiences all over. Before its release only Hanuman had managed to create a solid buzz and many expected Hanuman to do well even though other Sankranthi films featured big stars.
Hanuman has done what Shatamanam Bhavati managed to do back in 2017. The Sharwanand starter was released alongside Khaidi no. 150 and Balakrishna’s GPSK and still managed to be successful. Even Megastar Chiranjeevi acknowledged this recently.
But now with other films getting mixed/bad WOM and reviews, Hanuman has now changed its league from Shatamanam Bhavati to F2 range league. The movie is now expected to put numbers like F2 which was also released for Sankranthi 2019. F2 dominated Balakrishna’s NTR Kathanayakudu and Ram Charan’s Vinaya Vidheya Rama and collected close to 150Cr+ gross and 80Cr+ share.
Now this Prashanth Varma’s fantasy action adventure is heading towards that range and a 100Cr+ gross is expected from the Telugu version and with festive days to come, the film will surely show a rampage in collections
