Music director GV Prakash Kumar has heaped praise on Vishwanath And Sons, Suriya‘s much-awaited collaboration with Telugu director Venky Atluri. His glowing remarks follow the strong teaser response the film received recently.

Speaking about the project, GV Prakash Kumar shared:
“There are a lot of surprises in Vishwanath And Sons — we have revealed only half in the teaser. After Lucky Bhaskar, I called Suriya sir and asked to do a film with Venky Atluri. The output has come out in very good quality.”
He also spoke about the music and Suriya‘s enduring screen presence:
“There is a lot of scope for music. We have hit the genre where Suriya sir’s female audience will love the film. When I was in school, I used to enjoy Ghajini — that’s how we see Suriya sir, but even now he carries the same charm.”
What to Expect from Vishwanath And Sons
Vishwanath And Sons centers on a complex romantic relationship between a middle-aged pistol shooter and a younger woman. The film marks another Suriya collaboration with Telugu director Venky Atluri, a partnership that has built steady anticipation.
The film stars Suriya and Mamitha Baiju, alongside Raveena Tandon and Radikaa Sarathkumar. Produced by Sithara Entertainments, it is slated for a July 2026 release.
