Recently, the pan Indian action drama of Prabhas and Prashanth Neel, Salaar, was permitted a hike of RS 40 in Andhra Pradesh. So, everyone thought that a regular family action entertainer like Guntur Kaaram will not get much hike in AP. The film was categorized as a “Super High Budget Film.”
Guntur Kaaram has an edge over Salaar
So it is clear that Guntur Kaaram got some extra benefits over Salaar. In Nizam the ticket hike, extra shows are same for both films as Salaar got 20 1 AN shows, Guntur kaaram got the permission of 23 1 AM shows. However in Andhra Pradesh, Salaar got 40 RS hike whereas Guntur Kaaram got 50 RS hike.
In Telugu states Guntur kaaram has chances to go near the Salaar numbers if it gets positive word of mouth along with the advantage of ticket hike and Sankranthi holidays.
