Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Guntur Kaaram is just two days away from its release. The advance bookings and premiere sales are going through the roof and from the ongoing trends, this action drama is all set to take a superb opening at the box office.
Guntur Kaaram has received extra show permission, 1 AM shows permission, and a record hike like Salaar and RRR in Nizam. Salaar and RRR were very big-budget pan-India films so hike worked for those movies. But with those ticket prices, bringing the audience to theatres is definitely tough.
However, Mahesh Babu’s brand and Trivikram factor is doing a great job and managing to pull the audience towards the theatres. The advance bookings of the film started on an extraordinary note and have already crossed Rs 5Cr advances in Hyderabad city.
On a major booking portal, RRR had 10.8Cr and Salaar had 10.4 Cr advance figures for opening days, and Guntur Kaaram is also expected to have more than 10Cr advance booking figures before the shows even start. And the 1 AM shows have been acquired by 3rd parties for record prices in the city. An iconic single-screen 1AM show has reportedly been acquired for Rs 13Lakh which is a terrific price. The movie is all set for a stunning opening in Hyderabad city.
