According to the health department updates, the fresh coronavirus cases have started in Kerala and spread to Hyderabad. The officials have already begun giving warnings about the new COVID-19 spread and citing instructions. With Big films like Salaar getting released this weekend and several big movies lined up for Sankranthi, it is a worrisome issue for the film industry. If the cases continue to rise like the first and second wave, the film industry must face the challenge again. This is a new concern for the sector now.

JN1 – The New Corona Variant

The new variant of Coronavirus in the country is now scary. The new variant, JN1, has not only emerged in Kerala but is also steadily increasing. The central government has advised states and Union Territories to remain vigilant against the new variant. 

Cases of the new coronavirus variant are on the rise in the country. Several states, including Kerala, are reporting new cases. Four new cases have also been reported in the Telugu state of Telangana. Yesterday, 402 people were tested for COVID-19, and nine tested positive for the coronavirus. However, how many of them have the new variant is yet to be ascertained.

In Kerala, new cases of the virus are on the rise. In the last 24 hours, 115 cases were reported in Kerala. The total number of cases in the state has now reached 1749. In the previous 24 hours, 142 cases were reported nationwide, of which 115 were from Kerala.
