Venkatesh and Varun Tej starrer F3 got off to an excellent start at the box-office on day 1 and the film continued to manage a decent run over the weekend. However, coming to the overseas market, the story seems to be quite opposite.
Usually, entertainers work well in overseas markets. Dookudu created many records in the oveseas market and the same trend was followed by entertainers like Pelli Choopulu, Geetha Govindam, Jaathi Ratnalu, and F2.
This is why heavy expectations were set on F3. But the collections are not up to the expectations. The film released with a long weekend advantage in the USA and positive early reports made everyone believe that the film had a great chance to collect $2.5 Million in the USA.
However, the current trends indicate tough days ahead for the film. Even $2 Million mark is looking quite tough to achieve. The film has crossed $1 Million mark on Monday and might halt in the coming days.
F3 is a sequel to Anil Ravipudi’s 2019 superhit F2. The comedy entertainer saw Mehreen and Tamannah returning to their roles. This time around there was an added dose of comedy with Sunil, Ali, and Murali Sharma also joining the cast.
Dil Raju’s Sri Venkateswara Creations bankrolled this project while Devi Sri Prasad composed this film’s music.
