Eagle movie is planned to release on January 13 for Sankranti. But due to the many films coming for Sankranti, the production house made the costliest decision by stepping out of the Sankranti race and releasing them in the dry season of February.

The songs, trailer, and promotional content fail to create buzz for the film. The movie releases on February 9 and opens with mixed to decent reviews. A section of people like the film extraordinarily. Other sections felt that the climax was very good; the rest is flat. But everyone likes the five-minute climax sequence, which was the lead for the second part Eagle 2. The director presents Raviteja in his best avatar and expands the story to an international level. But as the film is not carrying much buzz and releases on dry season, the audiences did not turn out well in theaters. The film ended up being a failure at Box Office.

The movie started streaming on OTT platforms (ETV Win and Prime Video) on March 1st. The film is receiving a very big response from OTT audiences and is trending at the top. The audience liked the film and showed excitement for Eagle 2. Raviteja openly said that he was very impressed with the output of Part 1. He believes the director has a big future in industry. The production team also felt the release date costed the film.

So now definitely, people are interested in watching the sequel. Will makers take the risk and make the sequel that we have to see? As part one failed theatrically at the box office, it’s not easy to put a lot of money into part two. But definitely some time risks make wonders. Now it’s all up to the team, and they’re definitely in a dilemma about the sequel Eagle 2 in this situation.
