It looks like Dil Raju is avoiding taking big risks with Prabhas films. The recent incidents and developments in the films’ business in Nizam/Telangana indicate that Dil Raju is not in favor of taking big risk with the business of Prabhas films. It is being reported that even for the previous film of Prabhas Dil Raju went through a few negotiations which did not work finally.
There is no need for a special introduction for the name called Dil Raju, as he is the leading distributor of Nizam region, and he is the one who always buys the major number of big films. However, the results of the recent biggies might have made him change the mindset over pondering money on big films.
Recently for Prabhas’s Adipurush, Dil Raju was one of the distributors who were in the race, but at the release time makers had quoted 60Cr ratio and in that 50Cr amount was said to be Non-Refundable so Dil Raju opted out of the film now the same has happened with Salaar as well according to the industry’s inside reports.
Reportedly, the makers of Salaar are quoting at 70Cr and the deal is said to be made on NRA basis, so Dil Raju opted out of this deal as the quoted price was very high. Mythri Movie Makers is in final discussions for the film, Salaar’s Nizam rights.
