The censor board has issued the film’s certificate, and Dhurandhar: The Revenge has received an “A” (Adults Only) rating. The Dhurandhar 2 runtime is now 229 minutes (3 hours and 49 minutes). This is shorter than the earlier listed duration of 3 hours and 55 minutes on ticketing platforms. Apparently, a scene or two has been cut from the final version.
The first installment of Dhurandhar also received an A-rating and went on to become one of the highest-grossing Indian films. With the sequel’s advance bookings breaking records, expectations are sky-high for the box office performance.
The Plot of Dhurandhar 2
The story of Dhurandhar: The Revenge (referred to as Dhurandhar 2) revolves around a high-stakes undercover mission driven by vengeance and justice. After the death of the dreaded Rehman Dakait, Indian agent Jaskirat Singh Rangi/Hamza Ali Mazari infiltrates the dangerous gangster-terror-political network operating in Pakistan.
He carefully plots his moves from the inside, aiming to dismantle powerful enemies of India. The sequel promises to deliver intense action sequences and espionage drama that fans have been eagerly anticipating.
