SURPRISINGLY STRONG WITHOUT MIDDLE EAST
The surprising thing is, these massive collections overseas came even without a Middle East release for the film. Despite missing out on one of the key international markets, Dhurandhar 2 has maintained exceptional momentum. At this pace, trade expects that the film will easily do more than $50M in its full run overseas.
The sequel’s performance shows remarkable growth compared to the first Dhurandhar film, which also had strong weekend numbers but didn’t reach these international heights.

Continuing its massive run at both overseas and India, Dhurandhar 2 is all set to score more records in its second weekend. In India, for 6 days, the film has collected around ₹625 Cr gross, taking the total worldwide gross for 6 days to ₹775 Cr. The film is all set to reach the ₹1000 Cr milestone by Friday.
The weekday hold has been particularly strong, similar to what Kantara Chapter 1 showed during its weekend performance. Industry observers note that without the Middle East release, the film’s potential ceiling is even higher once it expands to additional territories.
