On Day 4 the which was new year day became the biggest day for Devil at the box office. The numbers are even bigger than the opening day. After a dull opening weekend, the film witnessed a good jump on New Year Day and posted excellent occupancies, but it is not enough for breakeven.
If the team promoted well and the movie got off to a good start, like 4Cr or something then the movie might have ended up as a successful film. But the movie got off to a 2.2 Cr opening day worldwide and witnessed a drop on day 2 and day 3.

For the 1st weekend, the film has collected around 5Cr share, and yesterday the movie has collected around 2.5Cr share worldwide, which takes the total share to 7.5Cr approx. Devil’s theatricals are valued at 20Cr and from today the movie is likely to struggle to put good numbers and breakeven seems impossible.
Malvika Nair, Ajay, Satya, Edward Sonnenblick, Elnaaz Norouzi, Srikanth Iyengar, and Seetha are all key cast members in Devil. The music for this movie was composed by Harshavardhan Rameshwar. Prime Video acquired the digital rights of this Kalyan Ram starrer. The film was produced and directed by Abhishek Nama.
