Varun Tej and Lavanya Tripathi got engaged in a private ceremony earlierthis year and ever since there have been massive speculations about their wedding date. The lovebirds tied at Naga Babu’s house in Manikonda in the presence of all the cousins of Varun in the mega family, close friends and other family members. After the engagement, the fans were waiting for the announcement of the marriage date.
Varun-Lavanya’s will have a destination wedding away from the usual media glare. The family planned a destination wedding in Tuscany, Italy, Only family members and close friends are said to be attending this event. The entire Mega family will be traveling to Italy and they will spend around one week for the wedding there. The wedding date is said to be November 1st week, The exact date is expected to be announced very soon.
The couple have started their wedding preparations with their shopping. They were clicked outside popular celebrity designer Manish Malhotra at his store in Hyderabad.
Varun Tej had earlier hinted about his plans of a wedding date later this year. He said, “We are looking for a wedding date in November or December of this year. I would love to get married in Hyderabad. But it’s not possible as I want it to be a private affair. Hence, it’s going to be a destination wedding. We are looking at 3 places in India and a couple of places abroad. The final decision will be taken soon.”
