Adivi Sesh’s Dacoit has collected around ₹40 Cr gross worldwide in 5 days. The Telugu version contributed approximately ₹33 Cr, while the Hindi version added close to ₹7 Cr. The film is continuing a decent run at the box office.
One of the positive aspects is that the film held much better than expected on Monday and Tuesday. This momentum needs to continue through the weekend for the film to reach its breakeven mark.
The Telugu version of Dacoit needs to collect around ₹55 Cr worldwide to achieve breakeven. With ₹33 Cr collected in 5 days, the film has recovered nearly 60% so far. The same momentum must continue to get closer to 100% recovery.
The film is performing well in overseas markets, Hyderabad, and Bangalore. However, it is underperforming in Andhra Pradesh, which is a major concern.
