With less than just 10 days left for the release of Naga Chaitanya’s much anticipated bilingual film Custody, the promotions are in full swing. During an interview, director Venkat Prabhu was asked about the story of Custody, and this is what he had to say.
The story of the movie Custody is about a hero who has to make sure that the villain does not die. He has to save the villain from dying. And he further revealed that the entire story happens in just 48 hours. With the film featuring Arvind Swamy and Sarath Kumar, this plot of Custody will make for a very interesting movie.
He also added that Custody is a complete action film and that it has been made in a realistic manner. The film has not taken the commercial route. Instead, a grounded approach has been employed to make the proceedings as real as possible.
This is just a fun observation for our readers. Does the story of Custody not resemble Ram Charan’s Dhruva movie’s climax portions, where Ram Charan plays a police officer who has to save the villain from dying? And the best part is, the villain is Arvind Swamy in Dhruva as well.
Keeping that aside, Custody also stars Krithi Shetty in the lead role. The music is by the legendary father-son due of Illaiyaraja and Yuvan Shankar Raja.
