Chiranjeevi likely to be Honored with Padma Vibhushan. The latest reports in the media circles suggest that Megastar Chiranjeevi is likely to be honored with another award by the Government of India. Chiranjeevi is likely to be honored with the Padma Vibhushan at the civil awards to be announced on the occasion of Republic Day on January 26. There are numerous reports on this lately.
Reportedly, Chiranjeevi’s name has been included in this year’s Padma awards list from Delhi. Apart from his distinguished services to the film industry, the award will be given also for his social service during the COVID-19 pandemic.
At that time, Chiranjeevi had set up a fund to protect the victims of Covid-19. Ambulance services have also been launched to provide critical medical facilities to the people by him. Chiranjeevi’s Blood Bank has also helped many people. Recognizing all this, the government has decided to honor Chiru with the Padma Vibhushan, as per the reports.
Chiranjeevi has already received a special invitation from Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the launch of the Lord Ram Statue in Ayodhya on January 22nd. He is expected to go there along with his family. Chiranjeevi was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 2006.
