After the massive success of Waltair Veerayya, Mega Star Chiranjeevi is treading cautiously. The failure of Acharya in particular has forced Chiranjeevi to keep away from star directors and instead give a chance to new directors who would take his input in every aspect of filmmaking.
It is very well known to everyone that Chiranjeevi is currently working for Bhola Shankar under the direction of Meher Ramesh. The film will be released on August 11, 2023. Bhola Shankar is an official remake of the Tamil Blockbuster Vedaalam. We will see Keerthy Suresh as Chiranjeevi’s sister in the film. Tamannaah will play the leading lady opposite Chiranjeevi. Sushanth will appear in a crucial role in the film. Anil Sunkara’s AK Entertainments is producing Bhola Shankar together with Creative Commercials.
After Bhola Shankar, it is almost confirmed that Chiranjeevi has will work with the Bimbisara director Mallidi Vasishta for his next film. The project is expected to be announced officially in a few days. This film will be a socio-fantasy project and will be backed by UV creations. This project fits perfectly in Mega Star’s plans of working with smaller directors with a good track record.
