Trivikram Srinivas and Koratala Siva are undoubtedly two of the biggest directors in Tollywood today. Both the directors have delivered some of the biggest blockbusters in the industry over the years. Right now, both Trivikram and Koratala are busy working with the biggest names in the industry one after the other.
Coming to their upcoming projects, both the directors recently confirmed their next films. While Koratala will be teaming up with NTR for NTR30, Trivikram will be pairing up with Super Star Mahesh Babu for SSMB 28. Both of these big-ticket movies will release next year.
The makers of NTR 30 even announced that the movie will release on April 29, 2022. On the other hand, SSMB 28 will release in Summer 2022. The question that’s arising now is if both Trivikram and Koratala can deliver on their promise.
Acharya has kept Koratala busy for the past 2 years. The movie has faced multiple delays in the last couple of years. It was supposed to release in May this year but Covid has further delayed the shooting and release. Certain key portions of the film involving Ram Charan are still in the balance and will take time.
On the other hand, Trivikram is not directing any project right now. He has been free ever since Ala Vaikunthapuram Lo released last year. But, is now simultaneously busy with Pawan Kalyan’s Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake as a screenplay writer. There are rumours that Trivikram will be having a big say in the creative process of the film as well.
Amidst all these delays, it needs to be seen if both NTR30 and SSMB 28 can be completed on time. The delays are especially looking imminent considering current delays in shoots causing backlogs. Tollywood makers usually never follow the announced release dates and we have to wait and watch if Trivikram and Koratala can make it.
