Ram and Sreeleela starrer Skanda has managed to grab the attention of the audience through its songs ‘Nee Chuttu and ‘Gandarabai’. The audience’s interest has now significantly grown. The main reason for such interest in Skanda amongst film lovers and trade circles is none other than Boyapati Srinu.

Boyapati Srinu is undoubtedly one of the biggest brands in Telugu cinema industry. He has a considerably large following, especially in mass stations. When it comes to mass entertainers, he is bigger than any other Tollywood director after Rajamouli. Because of his mass brand and the combination of Ram and Sreeleela, the makers have quoted big amounts and the distributors happily paid the amounts whatever the producers quoted.

Skanda is doing great business all over. The movie has fetched a solid Rs 50Cr business just in Telugu states. The rates of all the areas are almost double of Ram’s previous business. This is a testament to Boyapati’s mass brand and the expectations of this project.
