After the blockbuster success of Bichagadu, the sequel Bichagadu 2 has the added pressure of standing up to its brand. Vijay Antony, who is directing this project along with starring in the lead is ensuring the film gets the best possible output and this is why he is in no hurry to rush the release.
The film was stipulated to release on 14th April but from the looks of it, it might get pushed to a later date. The makers are exploring various dates in May for giving the movie the best possible chance at drawing crowds.
Just a month ago, the Bichagadu 2 team released a 4-minute sneak peek into the movie. Bichagadu 2 team has decided to go for unique promotional tactics and as a part of this, the team revealed the first four minutes to build interest.
Bichagadu 2 will release in Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam apart from the original Tamil version in April, with the film’s satellite and digital rights being acquired by Star Network. Being presented by Fatima Vijay Antony and produced under the Vijay Antony Film Corporation banner.
