Balakrishna’s Veera Simha Reddy released last week to mixed reviews and public talk. Despite this, the film has been doing well especially overseas and had an excellent weekend. This Gopichand Malineni project has already done 69% recovery and is looking steady for now and needs a solid next couple of days to enter safe zone.

Balakrishna’s roaring performance achieved special applause and fans have given terrific responses to his dual role. While fans have thoroughly enjoyed Balayya’s intense performance, the general audience have expressed slight issue with the senior actor’s constant political references in the movie.

Balakrishna should understand politics and cinema is different and bringing his agenda that too forcefully will not help his cause anymore and may impact the movie negatively also. Even on social media, he is subject to several trolls as many are saying that Balayya can lash out at the government only onscreen not off-screen.

It is high time Balakrishna changes his approach to movies and avoids political preaching and family political references which create unnecessary negativity.
