Post-Sankrathi all films that released in January and mid-February ended with single-digit shares as no film except Jaanu got positive talk. Although Jaanu has opened up with positive talk and good ratings the film failed miserably at Box-office.
Bheeshma and HIT which were released on 21st and 28th February respectively got excellent response from the audience. Both the films have become HIT and attained break-even status. Trade has estimated that the Bheeshma closing share would be around 40Crs and HIT closing will be close to 10crs but coming to reality Bheeshma closing will be less than 30Crs. The main reason would absolutely be February season as it is considered as a dry season at Box-office.
