All these performances have helped him to get a good appreciation for his acting caliber, even Telugu audience too are very fond of him.
However, Vijay Sethupathi simultaneously doing the films as artist and lead hero has seemed to be affected his image as a lead hero.
His latest film DSP has been released on the last weekend and the film has collected around 4 Crores gross in Tamil Nadu, and in the Rest of areas the performance at the box office is negligible. Overall, it’s a disastrous result.
Audience say that Vijay Sethupathi needs to find the balance between his solo films and films in which he plays character roles against other heroes. Otherwise, it will be difficult for him to get success as a lead hero.
