Rishab Shetty’s Kantara has captured the imagination of the entire nation. The film has received rave reviews and outstanding footfalls in every language it has been dubbed into. Saturday (15th October) was the biggest day for Kantara as the film was released in all languages and it is performing much better than expected in all languages, In Hindi, Saturday saw collections of more than 2.5Cr nett. Similarly, in Telugu states, it made more than 2.5 Cr gross and In Karnataka, most of the shows are houseful for the third week in a row.
Today will be a bigger day than Saturday and it might collect 20Cr+ gross today worldwide. At its current pace the film has all the chances to join the elite 200Cr club.
Written and directed by Rishab Shetty who also appears in the lead role as a Kambala champion, Kantara also features Kishore, Achyuth Kumar and Sapthami Gowda in supporting roles.
