Arya’s web series, The Village is arriving on OTT finally. Directed by Milind Rau, the much-awaited Tamil web series starring Arya will be available for streaming on Amazon Prime Video on November 24th. An announcement regarding this matter was made by the OTT platform on Thursday, November 9th. This web series was announced, and completed the shoot long back.
The audiences were eagerly waiting for the update on the series’ streaming as this is the first time that Herro Arya is doing a web series. Finally, the update from the OTT giant came through the trailer release.
Arya plays the main character in The Village, a horror web series. The graphic horror novel written by Asvin Srivatsangam, Vivek Rangachari, and Shamik Dasgupta has inspired it.
According to the trailer, The series is about a man who embarks on a chilling rescue mission to save his family.
Milind Rau, Dheeraj Vaidy, and Deepthi Govindarajan, who collaborated as writers and creators, created and produced the web series, which is a Studio Shakthi production.
Apart from Arya, The Village also features an ensemble of cast, including Divya Pillai, Aazhiya, Aadukalam Naren, George Mayan, PN Sunny, Muthukumar K, Kalairaani SS, John Kokken, Pooja, V Jayaprakash, Arjun Chidambaram, and Thalaivasal Vijay.
The Village will be released in Tamil but can be dubbed into Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi, with English subtitles from November 24th on Amazon Prime Video.
