These rumours got further strong with Allu Arjun’s meeting earlier today with ace Bollywood director Sanjay Leela Bhansali.

The ‘Icon Star’ was in Mumbai for a personal trip when he paid a visit to the director’s office. The meteoric rise of his stardom in the north market has made the actor even more confident of Bollywood entry.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali is fresh from the success of his latest film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ starring Alia Bhatt. The film crossed Rs 100 crore mark recently and both Alia and Sanjay were well apprciated. Even Allu Arjun has been harbouring Bollywood aspirations for quite some time. He has stated in past that he is willing to make a direct Bollywood film if the script is right.

If this meeting actually bears any result, it will be a huge boost for the Icon Star and his future plans. Sanjay Leela Bhansali has given Bollywood a star like Ranbir Kapoor and also pushed the career of Ranveer Singh to stardom. Known for big budget historical/period dramas, Bhansali and Allu Arjun does sound like an interesting combo.
