Akshay Kumar recently acted in a commercial for Vimal Company along with Ajay Devgan and Sharukh Khan. Though the commercial shows it is for Vimal elaichi, every one knows that they are promoting the brand that mainly sells pan masala. As pan masala is a tobacco product that causes cancer, the actor got criticised for promoting it.
The Bollywood star apologised his fans for doing that commercial through his twitter account. He also mentioned that he will utilise the money he got from that commercial for a worthy cause. As he promised that he will be more careful in future before signing anything like this, fans welcomed his gesture.
