The Telugu Audience/Viewers have become accustomed to watching the movies in theaters and OTT as well. For the enthusiastic OTT viewers there are new two Telugu movies are getting ready to be available for OTT Streaming from tonight. Akhil Akkineni’s Agent and Sai Dharam Tej’s Virupaksha are those two movies.
From tonight 12 am Virupaksha will be streaming on one of the leading OTT platforms, Netflix, while Agent will be streaming Sony LIV App. It is very well known to everyone that Akhil Akkineni’s Agent was a terrible disaster at the box office, while Sai Dharam Tej’s Virupaksha was a massive blockbuster.
Agent movie was produced under the banners of AK Entertainments and Surender 2 Cinema, the film’s story is penned by Vakkantham Vamsi. Sakshi Vaidya played the female lead in the Agent movie. Hip Hop Tamizha composed the tunes. Bollywood actor Dino Morea played the antagonist. Urvasi Rautela sizzled in a special song.
The movie tells us the story of Ricky (Akhil), who is very passionate and a wild spirit who wants to be a raw agent from childhood due to an incident. Mahadev (Mammootty) scouts and takes Ricky under his wing and handpick him to get the best of a rogue ex-agent Devil (Dino Morea). A straightforward mission goes haywire and Ricky is now the target. How Ricky solves this problem and how he serves his nation is what the story is all about.
Virupaksha movie’s story is set in the mystic village Rudravanam where Surya comes with his mother to meet his family. He falls in love with Nandini. Love starts to blossom between them, but suddenly the village people get killed one by one in suspicious circumstances. Surya starts chasing the mystery behind the mysterious deaths of the village. How does he get to solve this mystery is what forms the rest of the story.
Along with Sai Dharam Tej and Samyuktha Menon in the lead roles, this movie has an ensemble cast of Ajay, Rajeev Kanakala, Sai Chand, Brahmaji, Shyamala, Soniya Singh, and Sunil. It was released in theaters on April 21st, 2023. Virupaksha is directed by Karthik Dandu and is produced by BVSN Prasad under the banners of Sri Venkateshwara Cine Chitra and Sukumar Writings. B Ajaneesh Lokanath composed music for the film.
