Adivi Sesh’s Goodachari was released in 2018 and went on to become a surprise super hit at the box office. The action thriller impressed the Telugu audiences and the film marked Adivi Sesh as a force to reckon with.
Although Sesh made his entry with Panjaa, followed by Bahubali and Kshanam, it was Goodachari that placed him firmly on the map. Made on a budget of just 5 crores, the movie went on to collect more than 25 crores, becoming a huge blockbuster success.
After that, there was no looking back for the actor. He followed this with the stupendous success of Evaru in 2019, a brilliant who-dun-it crime thriller. Now it is fair to say that with Major, Adivi has entered the tier of leading actors in the industry. He has created his own niche market for himself.
In an interview with Baradwaj Rangan, Adivi revealed that he is planning to do a sequel of Goodachari. The storyline and plot are almost ready and only shooting is left. The same cast and crew will be employed in the sequel as well. With the success of Goodachari and Major, the sequel will undoubtedly be a massive success for Adivi.
But before Goodachari 2, Adivi Sesh will be seen in HIT: The Second case. It is the continuation to Vishwak Sen’s HIT: The First Case.
