Prabhas’ Adipurush has been one of the most anticipated films of all time. When it was announced that Prabhas will be playing Lord Ram in an adaptation of Ramayana, just the image alone is enough to give you goosebumps.

With the shooting of the film completed months ago, fans were eagerly waiting for updates from the movie. But there was no response from the makers and the VFX and CGI work was going in full swing. And with reports suggesting that the budget was close to 500 crores, the imaginations of fans went wild.

Just yesterday, the teaser of Adipurush was released and it came as a huge surprise for everyone. No one expected that the film will be a live-action animation picture. Moreover, the VFX looks extremely cartoonish and does not feel like a 500-crore movie at all. It looks like a low-budget cartoon show.

This is still not the final product and everyone will be eagerly hoping that the end product comes out better. There is still a lot of time left for the release of the film and if time is spent on the VFX then we can expect a great movie.

Having said that, the film has a high chance of scoring big at the box office. The film will fall into the genre of kids’ movies and families might go in crowds to watch an adaptation of the Ramayana. However, the actors will mostly not get that much credit.
