The grand pre-release event of Adipurush was held in the sacred city of Tirupati last night. Prabhas and the entire team attended it. Even in the yesterday’s pre-release event also Saif Ali Khan was not present and no-one from the unit of Adipurush had mentioned his name in the event. Even Prabhas had mentioned Krithi Sanon, Sunny Singh, and Deva Dutta Nage but he ignored Saif Ali Khan who played Ravanusara role. This looks like an intentional strategy from the unit of Adipurush to keep the role of Ravana as a secret.
Adipurush, the modern adaptation of the epic Ramayana, is directed by Om Raut and produced on a massive scale by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles. Prabhas will be seen as Lord Ram in the film, while Kriti Sanon appears as Janaki. Sunny Singh plays the role of Lakshman and Deva Dutta Nage plays Lord Hanuman. Bollywood Actor Saif Ali Khan will be seen as Raavan. Adipurush releases in theaters on June 16, 2023.
