Venkatesh and Trivikram’s much-hyped family entertainer, Aadarsha Kutumbam, has locked a new release date after facing multiple postponements. The film will now hit theaters on October 30, 2026, setting up a major Diwali box office showdown.
Why Was Aadarsha Kutumbam Postponed?
Aadarsha Kutumbam was postponed from its October 9 release date, disappointing fans who had been eagerly waiting for the Venkatesh-Trivikram collaboration. Producer Naga Vamsi officially announced the delay, stating that post-production work needed more time.
Vamsi clarified that the team wanted to ensure they were 100% confident in the film’s final output, especially keeping online trolls and heightened audience expectations in mind. The delay in promotional activities had already raised concerns among fans about the film’s readiness.
October 30 Release Locks Diwali Clash
Industry sources suggest the new release date of October 30, 2026 has been finalized. All distributors have reportedly been informed, and an official announcement from the team is expected very soon.
The October 30 release date puts Aadarsha Kutumbam in direct competition with two massive films arriving during the Diwali festival weekend. Nitesh Tiwari’s highly anticipated Ramayana and Suriya’s Scene are both targeting the first weekend of November, creating an intense three-way box office battle.
However, the October 30 release gives Aadarsha Kutumbam a crucial head start. The film will get nearly a week to establish itself before the Deepavali releases flood the market, potentially helping it build strong word-of-mouth and opening collections.
