The most awaited film, the mythological drama Adipurush of Prabhas and Om Raut is released today and the film is getting mixed response. Not only that, but the film’s director Om Raut is heavily criticized for depicting the Ramayan as per his own imagination. Except for the heroine, Kriti Sanon as Janaki almost all the characters and looks are being trolled.
Even Prabhas as Rama looked odd in many scenes on the screen. In fact the netizens shared and trolled some of the shots from the movie in which Prabhas looked out of shape. Ravana’s character, his son Indrajit, and all the other Lankan army’s looks and designs were deplorable and the audiences were confused whether the movie was about Indian mythology or any Hollywood picture made on dragons.
The situation is like the same as when the first teaser of Adipurush was released. The film unit is getting the big number of trolls on social media. Everybody who watched the movie is wondering how come how the team of Adipurush went ahead with these get ups and what confidence did they had having spent such a massive budget on the film.
Adipurush is produced on a massive scale by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles. People Media Factory is bringing the movie to the Telugu audience. The film needs to perform exceptionally well at the box office to bring profits for all the parties involved, but it’s looking very tough seeing the response from all over.
