Will Salaar’s box office numbers be affected like 2.0 and RRR due to release delays?

Salaar

Everyone was shocked by the postponement of Prabhas’ Salaar and disappointed the fans of Rebel Star who were hoping for a roaring comeback after a series of failures. Multiple speculations have been made about the new release date after the postponement news was out. It is said that there are various release dates that are being suggested by various sources and industries, such as November 1st week, November last week, Christmas, and Sankranthi. Seeing all this the fans of Prabhas and a few sections of trade are doubting that whether Salaar’s box office numbers be affected like 2.0 and RRR due to release delays.

When 2.0 was announced the film had superb buzz because of the Rajinikanth and director Shankar combination along with being a sequel. But with the release postponements the movie’s hype went a bit down and resulted in losses for the buyers in south states and overseas.

SS Rajamouli’s action epic RRR was also started with enormous hype when it was announced for Sankranthi 2021 and expected to put some unimaginable record numbers in all languages.

However, the release postponement and immediate release of another Pan India film like KGF 2 modified the film and finally KGF 2 crossed RRR by massive margin in other markets. Now for Salaar also there is a gigantic hype in all languages, but suddenly the unit has postponed the release which has brought some negative rumors around the film and a dilemma on release is also there. We need to whether the film will be a because of these delays or not.
