Vidaamuyarchi: Ajith’s Most Violent Film

Reportedly, Ajith is interested in working with Adhik for his film. Adhik Ravichandran is the director of Good Bad Ugly, and after seeing the response for the film's teaser and posters, the star is keen to work with the same director. Now, Ajith is also waiting for Good Bad Ugly's release, and if the movie works, then there will be an immediate project with Adhik Ravichandran. So, Ajith has locked in his next film's director.

Vidaamuyarchi is the upcoming film from Ajith Kumar. The film is getting released in theaters worldwide next week, and the inside reports suggest that Vidaamuyarchi is Ajith’s most violent film. The film’s trailer did not show much violence except for the usual heroic shots. So, this news will be a surprise for the fans of Thal Ajith.

Interestingly, Vidaamuyarchi, which happens to be the first biggie from Kollywood this year was initially planned for a Pongal release, but due to remake rights issues the film was moved to a 6th February release. As the trailer and visuals promise, it showcases a big action film.

However, the Singapore censor reveals that Vidaamuyarchi is Ajith’s most violent film. The Singapore censor has given the rating of M18, which means only adults can watch the film because it contains violence. The film is said to be having strong physical fights, with the usage of hard weapons. The makers of the film might have hidden this to surprise audiences in theatres and showcase only action parts in the trailer.

The film is simultaneously releasing in Telugu as Pattudala. Ajith Kumar’s last two films, Valimai, and Thunivu were a hit in Telugu as well because they achieved the break-even mark. Now, the same is expected with Pattudala.
