The first one is Kuberaa, starring Dhanush as the lead. Even though Nagarjuna is part of the film, it is not being projected as a multi-starrer. The makers clearly project Dhanush as the lead, whereas Nagarjuna’s role is said to be a crucial one.
Also, the recently released trailer suggests that Nag’s role will have some negative shades as well. The second upcoming film of the actor is Coolie, and Nagarjuna officially said that he plays the main antagonist role in this film.
Fans will be disappointed if Nagarjuna’s characters do not land well in films where another hero is the lead
As an actor, Nag will rock in both the films, and there is no doubt about it. However, there are two big challenges ahead for Nagarjuna with Kuberaa and Coolie.
Firstly, both the characters need to work for fans and regular audiences as well. Definitely, the ardent fans and Telugu audiences cannot see Nag in a regular supporting role or a villain role.

There should be a big x-factor for his character, and the role should not be dominant at any point in time, including the climax. Now, this is where the real challenge lies.
