The Dasara season will see Megastar Chiranjeevi and King Nagarjuna clash at the Tollywood box office after a long time. Along with these two films, Bellamkonda Ganesh’s debut film Swathimuthyam will also release during the festival weekend.
Directed by Mohan Raja and produced by R.B. Chowdary and Ram Charan, Godfather is a Tollywood remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Lucifer starring Mohanlal. Godfather is going for its own release in most of the territories. and the business ratio has been revised in most of the territories. Same with The Ghost starring Nagarjuna which has gone for its own release in a few territories and a few areas have been sold to other parties.
Praveen Sattaru has directed this Nagarjuna starter which co-stars Sonal Chauhan. Swathimuthyam trade has been done by regular buyers of Sitara Entertainments.
Godfather worldwide breakeven is valued at Rs 80 Cr while The Ghost needs Rs 20 Cr, Swathimuthyam on the other hand needs Rs 4 Cr.
