The series, directed by rookie Shiv Rawail, is set against the backdrop of the Bhopal gas leak disaster. It demonstrates the unwavering fortitude of Indian Railways staff and their attempts to rescue countless lives during the city’s darkest hours. The lead actors are R Madhavan, Kay Kay Menon, Divyenndu, and Babil Khan.
On the evening of December 2, 1984, methyl isocyanate gas spilled from an American Union Carbide Corporation pesticide manufacturing plant. More than 500,000 individuals were poisoned that night, according to reports, and the official death toll surpassed 5,000. Thousands of survivors have said that the leak has caused cancer, blindness, respiratory, immunological, and neurological issues in them, their children, and grandkids.
