Thandel is an emotional love story starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi in the lead roles. Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film had a fairly good promotional campaign, and almost all moviegoers know that it will hit the theaters on February 7th. However, Thandel advances are decent, but not extraordinary.
After Thandel’s 3/3 songs got success, everyone expected the film would take a massive start at the box Office. But after the film’s trailer was released, somehow it failed to connect to the audineces as much as the audio. This issue certainly seems to have done some damage to the film. Excluding Andhra Pradesh, the advance bookings for Thandel have opened in Telangana, the Rest of India, and Overseas, where the bookings have started on a decent note and better than Naga Chaitanya’s recent releases, but they are not extraordinary, whereas, people expected it to have a phenomenal start but it is not trending in that way.
A few insiders and people in trade circles think that the team of film might have to release another love trailer to raise more buzz on Thandel. In Andhra Pradesh the movie’s team applied for 50 Rs ticket hike and the bookings are expected to open tomorrow.
