Sankranthiki Vasthunam starring Venkatesh became a sensational blockbuster this Sankranthi. The film has grossed more than 200 crores worldwide stunning the trade analysts. A felicitation ceremony was also conducted recently by the Distributors of the film. Now, a grand and final success event is being planned by the makers.
This event is said to be happening on 10th February where there will be gifting of the shields to all the cast and crew members of the film. All the involved parties of the film have been extremely happy with the success of the film. The film also became a major relief to the Producer Dil Raju who suffered badly with Game Changer which released along with Sankranthiki Vasthunam for the Sankranthi season.
While Game Changer didn’t cross the 200 crores gross mark against a budget of 400 crores Sankranthiki Vasthunam made more than 250 crores gross worldwide with a share of more than 150 crores worldwide. The film is still running strong in the theatres putting good occupancies in a few theatres.
