Ram Pothineni has been on a roll lately, with a lot to rejoice for. He has had back-to-back successes in the form of Ismart Shankar and RED and has developed a strong market for himself.

In more great news, Ram Pothineni’s action drama The Warrior’s Hindi dubbing rights have been sold for a whopping record price of 16 crores.

This is not only the highest in Ram’s career but also the highest for any tier 2 actors. Just to give context, Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy, was bought for 10 crores. The Warrior’s Hindi dubbing rights have created a new record in Ram’s career.

The Warrior is an action drama where Ram will play a strict, no-nonsense police officer. The first look of the film looks promising. It is a bilingual project and will release in both Tamil as well as Telugu.

The film also stars Krithi Shetty opposite Ram, Aadhi Pinisetty as the antagonist, and Akshara Gowda among others. N Linguswamy, who has directed some of the biggest films in Tamil is also the director of the film. Srinivasa Chitturi has produced the film under Srinivasa Silver Screen. Devi Sri Prasad is the music director of the movie.
