The Chikkadpally Police have filed a charge sheet in connection with the stampede incident during the Pushpa 2 premiere. A total of 23 accused have been named in the charge sheet, including Allu Arjun. The police concluded that the stampede occurred due to the negligence of the Sandhya Theatre management.
Pushpa 2 hero Allu Arjun has been listed as Accused No. 11 (A11), while the Sandhya Theatre management has been named as Accused No. 1 (A1) in the charge sheet that also includes three managers and eight bouncers. In addition, the police have included four eyewitnesses in the case. It is known that the stampede incident took place in December 2024.

Pushpa 2, starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna, had its premiere on the night of December 4. Revathi, a resident of Hyderabad, along with her son Sritej, went to Sandhya Theatre to watch the premiere show. During this time, a stampede broke out near the theatre. Revathi died on the spot, while Sritej suffered severe injuries and was immediately shifted to the hospital. Earlier, Allu Arjun was arrested in connection with this stampede case.
Sritej’s Health is still critical
Even after a year since the accident, Sritej’s health condition has not improved. He is still unable to speak or walk. His father, Bhaskar, expressed deep sorrow over his son’s condition and broke down while speaking about the family’s situation.
Earlier, Allu Arjun and Allu Aravind provided financial assistance of ₹75 lakh towards Sritej’s hospital expenses. Producer Dil Raju also revealed that an amount of ₹2 crore has been deposited into the family’s account to support Bhaskar’s family.
