మన టాలీవుడ్ పాన్ ఇండియన్ స్టార్స్ లో ఒకరైన రెబల్ స్టార్ ప్రభాస్ ప్రస్తుతం కెరిర్ పరంగా వరుస సినిమాలతో కొనసాగుతున్నారు. తాజాగా ఆయన చేసిన భారీ మైథాలజికల్ సైన్స్ ఫిక్షన్ జానర్ మూవీ కల్కి 2898 ఏడి. నాగ అశ్విన్ తీసిన ఈ మూవీలో అమితాబచ్చన్, కమలహాసన్, దీపికా పదుకొనే కీలకపాత్రల్లో కనిపించగా సంతోష్ నారాయణ్ సంగీతం అందించారు.

వైజయంతి మూవీ సంస్థ గ్రాండ్ గా రూపొందించిన ఈ సినిమా బ్లాక్ బస్టర్ సక్సెస్ కొట్టింది. అయితే ఈ సినిమా ఇప్పటికీ కూడా అమెరికా రీజియన్ లో ఓపెనింగ్స్ పరంగా టాప్ స్థానంలో కొనసాగుతోంది. అంతకముందు ప్రభాస్ నటించిన సలార్ మూవీ అన్ని రీజియన్స్ లో బాగా పెర్ఫార్మ్ చేసినప్పటికీ అమెరికాలో మాత్రం ఓపెనింగ్స్ పరంగా బీట్ చేయలేకపోయింది.

కల్కి మూవీ క్లోజింగ్ లో ఆల్మోస్ట్ అక్కడ బాహుబలి 2 దగ్గరికి చేరింది. అయితే ఎన్టీఆర్ లేటెస్ట్ మూవీ దేవర పార్ట్ 1 కల్కి ని అందుకోలేకపోయింది. కాగా ప్రస్తుతం రిలీజ్ కు రెడీ అయిన పుష్ప 2 కి బాగా హైప్ ఉన్నప్పటికీ కల్కి రేంజ్ ఓపెనింగ్ ని అందుకోటంలో విఫలమైనట్టు తెలుస్తోంది. రష్మిక మందన్న హీరోయిన్ గా నటిస్తున్న ఈ మూవీని సుకుమార్ తెరకెక్కించారు. మొత్తంగా లాంగ్ రన్ లో అమెరికా రీజియన్ లో కల్కి ఓవరాల్ కలెక్షన్ ని పుష్ప 2 మూవీ మరి రాబోయే రోజుల్లో బీట్ చేస్తుందో చూడాలి.

Pushpa 2 Day 1 Advance Bookings Report

Pushpa 2 Day 1 advance bookings report is now. It is widely known that Pushpa 2 – The Rule ticket bookings were opened recently. The craze for the film is superb and according to the trade circles, Pushpa 2 is having 35 Cr advance bookings gross in India till 2nd December at 2 PM.

30 Cr gross has come from overseas and the worldwide advances are more than 65 Cr for the opening day. Andhra Pradesh bookings are yet to open, and even the special premier shows have not yet opened. All bookings are expected to open by today itself and the total number is likely to go to 100 Cr by today. The film is expected to be in the range of 150 Cr advances for opening day [Including Premiers] before the shows start. 

For worldwide breakeven, the film has to collect 1300 Cr gross in its full run, and the film must need a positive WOM to recover this. With a positive WOM, the film can target Baahubali 2 numbers. As of now, Pushpa 2 Day 1 advance bookings report is excellent, and it can turn into a record-breaking blockbuster if the response from audiences is good.

Story:

Vikkatakavi’s story is set in a village called Amara Giri, where people who visit a place called Devathala Gutta lose their memory. No one has a clue about this mystery and that is when Rama Krishna (Naresh Agastya), a student at Osmania University along with being a detective, lands in the village. Can Rama Krishna solve the mystery behind the Devathala Gutta? Who are the people/forces to stop in his journey? What is the connection between Rama Krishna and Amara Giri? Answers to these questions are answered by the rest of the story.

Performances:

Naresh Agastya, who appeared in movies like Mathu Vadalara 2 and web series like Senapathi, was good in the lead role and his expressions; dialogue delivery was on point without deviating from the character. Megha Akash has very limited scope while Tarak Ponnappa shines in a crucial role. Shiju, Raghu Kunche, Mukthar Khan, Amit Tiwari and others were alright.

Analysis:

Vikkatakavi is the first detective series set in the Telangana backdrop. Director Pradeep Maddali made sure that the series had all the elements which are required for a suspense/mystery thriller. Though there are a few issues in the mid parts, he was able to narrate the story convincingly with the help of neat technical values and good emotional backstory.

Positives:

  • Performances by Naresh Agastya and Tarak Ponnappa
  • Background Score and Camera Work
  • Good Backstory

Negatives:

  • Weak revelation of villains
  • Not So strong twists

Verdict:

Vikkatakavi Web Series is an engaging detective series. Though the twists, and the problems for the hero could have been better, the show has a good impact overall because of convincing performances by Naresh Agastya, and Tarak Ponnappa along with good emotional backstory and technical excellence.

Sanchari song reveals the heartbreak of ‘Sarangapani Jathakam’

Filmmaker Indraganti Mohanakrishna has shed light on the emotional depth of his upcoming film, ‘Sarangapani Jathakam’ through the song Sanchari Sanchari. While the film is primarily a comedy, the song reflects the crucial role of emotion in storytelling. Priyadarshi and Roopa Koduvayur headline this movie.

“Even in a full-length comedy, emotion is essential,” Indraganti states, sharing the song composed by Vivek Sagar and sung with relish by Sanjith Hegde. “Our film revolves around the theme of love, a man torn between his beliefs and the woman he loves. The song in question marks a turning point in the narrative,” the maker of ‘Ami Thumi’ and ‘Ashta Chamma’ says.

Sanchari is the Viraha Geetham of the year. “This song captures the agony of separation, a pivotal moment in the second half. It fuels the protagonist’s determination to win back his love and overcome a self-made hurdle,” the director suggests.

The film is produced by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad of Sridevi Movies. It will hit the cinemas on December 20th. Before the film’s theatrical release, two more songs and an entertaining Trailer will be released.
