చత్రపతి శివాజీ మహారాజ్ కుమారుడు చత్రపతి శంభాజీ మహారాజ్ జీవిత చరిత్ర ఆధారంగా రూపొందిన ఈ సినిమాలో అక్షయ్ ఖన్నా, దివ్యా దత్త, అశుతోష్ రాణా, డయానా పెంటి తదితరులు కీలక పాత్రల్లో కనిపించారు. 

కాగా ఇండియాలో ఈ మూవీ ఇప్పటికే రూ. 400 కోట్ల నెట్ కలెక్షన్స్ సొంతం చేసుకుంది. ఇక ఓవరాల్ గా 500 కోట్ల క్లబ్లో అయితే నేటితో చేరనుంది. ఈ సినిమా రిలీజ్ అయిన 12 రోజుల్లోనే ఈ ఫీట్ అందుకోవటం విశేషం. ఇక నేడు శివరాత్రి కావడంతో సినిమాకు మరింత భారీ స్థాయిలో కలెక్షన్ వచ్చే అవకాశం ఉంది.

కథ : 

వెంకటరమణ (రావు రమేష్) మరియు కృష్ణ (సందీప్ కిషన్) ఇద్దరూ తండ్రి కొడుకులు. అయితే కొడుకుని కని భార్య కన్నుమూయడంతో కొడుకుని తానే అన్ని అయి పెంచుతాడు వెంకటరమణ.

అయితే పెరిగి పెద్దయిన కొడుకు కృష్ణ పెరిగి పెద్దయిన అనంతరం మీరా (రీతూ వర్మ) అనే అమ్మాయిని ప్రేమిస్తాడు, అయితే అదే సమయంలో తాను మళ్ళి పెళ్లి చేసుకోవాలని భావించిన వెంకటరమణ ఒకానొక సమయంలో చూసిన యశోదని వివాహం చేసుకోవాలనుకుంటాడు.

మరి ఆ తండ్రి కొడుకులు ఇద్దరూ తాము ప్రేమించిన వారిని చివరికి వివాహం చేసుకున్నారా, మధ్యలో ఎటువంటి ఛాలెంజెస్ ని ఎదుర్కొన్నారు అనేది మొత్తం కూడా మూవీలో చూడాల్సిందే. 

నటీనటుల పెర్ఫార్మన్స్ : 

ముఖ్యంగా ఈ మూవీలో చెప్పుకోవాల్సింది హీరో సందీప్ కిషన్, ఆయన తండ్రి పాత్ర చేసిన వెంకటరమణ పాత్ర చేసిన రావు రమేష్ గురించి. ఈ ఇద్దరూ కూడా తమ పాత్రల్లో ఒదిగిపోయి అద్భుతంగా నటించి అందరినీ ఆకట్టుకున్నారు.

పలు కామెడీ, ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్ సీన్స్ లో ఇద్దరూ అదరగొట్టారు. రీతూ వర్మ, అన్షు ల పాత్రలు పర్వాలేదనిపించగా మురళి శర్మ పాత్ర నవ్విస్తుంది. ఇక ఇతర పాత్రల్లో కనిపించిన శ్రీనివాస రెడ్డి, హైపర్ ఆది, రఘుబాబు ల పాత్రలు కూడా కామెడీగా ఆకట్టుకున్నాయి.

గతంలో తన నుండి వచ్చిన సినిమాల మాదిరిగా దర్శకుడు త్రినాధరావు నక్కిన ఈ మూవీని కూడా కామెడీతో కూడిన సదా సీదా కథగా తెరకెక్కించారు. తండ్రి కొడుకుల మధ్య అనుబంధంతో పాటు వారి మధ్య కామెడీ ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్ సన్నివేశాలతో చాలావరకు సినిమాని నడిపించారు.

ఫస్ట్ హాఫ్ స్టోరీ అంతా తెలిసిన రీతిన నార్మల్ గానే సాగినప్పటికీ కామెడీ, ఎంటర్టైన్మెంట్ అంశాలు ఆకట్టుకుంటాయి. ఇంటర్వెల్ ఎపిసోడ్ బాగుంటుంది. అయితే సెకండ్ హాఫ్ లో రీతూ వర్మ, అన్షు ల మధ్య వచ్చే సన్నివేశాలు కేవలం ఓకే అనిపిస్తాయి. అనకాపల్లి ఎపిసోడ్ తో పాటు మరికొన్ని సీన్స్ కూడా పర్వాలేదనిపిస్తాయి అంతే. అయితే ప్రీ క్లైమాక్స్, క్లైమాక్స్ ఎపిసోడ్స్ మాత్రం ఎమోషనల్ గా ఆడియన్స్ ని కనెక్ట్ చేసాయి.

Salaar 2 and Kalki 2898 AD 2 can wait – Prabhas signs a new film

Tollywood Actor Prabhas and Director Prasanth Varma collaborated for a film long back and this film was also expected to go on sets a few years later. But it is now learned that this film is currently being considered to be taken up sooner. This came as a big surprise for the fans and audience.

Prabhas is busy with his current ventures, The Raja Saab and untitled film directed by Hanu Raghavapudi. He has also lined up Spirit, directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga. As per plans, the actual plan is to join the shoot of Salaar 2 and Kalki 2898 AD 2. But as Director Prashanth Neel has begun the shoot of his NTRNeel, the plan has changed for Prabhas. NTRNeel will at least take a year for its shoot and the pre-production work for Salaar 2 will also follow up.

So, most likely, Salaar 2 will go on sets in the 2nd half of 2026 and Kalki 2898 AD 2 also will be taken up next. Director of Kalki 2898 AD, Nag Ashwin is said to work on a female oriented subject in this meantime and discussions have also started as per the buzz.

Prabhas will have time from this year’s end or in the early 2026 and may give dates for Prasanth Varma’s film. Currently, Prasanth Varma has two films in the line up which are the debut film of Mokshagna which has already been announced and the second will be Jai Hanuman starring Rishab Shetty whose first look was already out. So, one of these two films may face a delay for Prasanth Varma to finish off Prabhas’ film.

The Plan and the fixed line up:

The work for film with Prabhas has already begun with look test scheduled for tomorrow. The team is likely to announce all the details soon. The film is also produced by Hombale Films.
