PSPK fans have been waiting for the updates of OG, the gangster action drama starring Pawan Kalyan and directed by Sujeeth. The latest news is that OG’s first single details are out.

According to the reports, the first single poster of the film will arrive tomorrow with the announcement, and the full song will be out on 2nd August.

This is a much-needed update for the fans, as they are heavily disappointed with Pawan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s disastrous result at the box office.

Everyone knows that the original gangster film “They Call Him OG,” directed by Sujeeth, stars Pawan Kalyan as the lead. The release of the film’s first song had to be postponed for several reasons in recent months.

Music director Thaman made fans excited with his tweet as he insisted that the PSPK fans get ready for the celebration.

Pawan Kalyan’s OG The first single details are out, and it is named”Fire Storm,” sung by Tamil hero Simbu. Now, Pawan’s fans are eagerly waiting for this song.

0

Pan-Indian actor Prabhas has multiple films in his hands, and the first one to release is “The Raja Saab,’ directed by Maruthi. The inside reports suggest that “The Raja Saab” is set for a Sankranthi release.

The last film from the Baahubali actor to be released is Yogi (2007), and if the inside news is true, after 18 years, the star is arriving at the big festival once again.

Prabhas’ The Raja Saab Set For Sankranthi Release

Raja Saab was announced for a 5th December release, and it is said to be moving to Sankranthi because of the delay in work. The makers are said to have informed their close sources about their decision.

Prabhas’ “The Raja Saab” is set for a Sankranthi release, and as said above, he did not release any film on Sankranthi for a long time. After Varsham (2004) and Yogi (2007), this is the 3rd Sankranthi release for the actor.

Considering the genre and the target audiences, this is a very good date for the film, as it can generate massive numbers at the box office during a festival period.

The Raja Saab will clash at the Sankranthi Box Office with Mega157, Anaganaga Oka Raju, Jana Nayagan, and RT75.

Disastrous First Week for Hari Hara Veera Mallu

Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1— Sword vs. Spirit was released in theaters last week, and sadly, the film emerged as a big failure. It has been a disastrous first week at the box office for Hari Hara Veera Mallu.

The periodic action drama collected ₹107 Cr gross worldwide with a share of ₹65 Cr, which includes GST in Andhra and Nizam.

Pawan Kalyan delivers Agnyathavaasi kind of disaster with Hari Hara Veera Mallu

Pawan Kalyan’s Hari Hara Veera Mallu had a disastrous first week at the box office, and whatever numbers the film has gathered till now are almost the closing collections for the film.

This is an Agnyathavaasi kind of disaster for Pawan. The film was released with a 200 Cr breakeven target for the distributors, but it collected only 55%, which is a huge margin.

If we consider the producer’s situation, then HHVM is a much bigger loss venture, and he also does not have any films next to release or lessen the losses.

Kiara Advani’s Bikini Scene Becomes War 2’s Highlight

0

Yash Raj Films’ spy-action drama, War 2, stars Hrithik Roshan from North and NTR from South Indian cinema. Despite having two big stars, War 2 seems to equally highlight the film’s lead actress, Kiara Advani’s bikini scene in the promotions.

Till now, the makers of War 2 have released a teaser and trailer, and today they have unveiled the first single, and a common shot in all three is Kiara Advani’s bikini scene.

The 1st single of War 2, Aavan Jaavan (Oopiri Ooyalaga in Telugu), completely shows the sequence where Kiara dons a bikini and teases her fans.

However, before the song itself, the makers used the bikini shot of Kiara Advani in the teaser and the trailer, too.

While a few fans criticize the makers of the War sequel for cashing in on the glamor show of the heroine, others support that it is also one of the promotional tactics, and it is much needed for the film’s buzz.

Besides the glamor, the song Aavan Jaavan also has beautiful chemistry between Hrithik and Kiara, and the song received a good response for its music and lyrics, much like most of the songs in Ayan Mukerji’s films.

Oopiri Ooyalaga from War 2 Strikes the Right Chord

Just two weeks before the film hits theaters, the creators of War 2 have released the first song, ‘Aavan Jaavan,’ starring Hrithik Roshan and Kiara Advani. The first single of War 2 is titled Oopiri Ooyalaga in Telugu, and it strikes the right chord with audiences.

Oopiri Ooyalaga is a beautifully composed song. This romantic love track will certainly help boost the movie’s buzz among audiences. Audio plays a major role in building hype for a movie, and it seems like the War sequel has a highly promising album.

The song features the must-have hook step and Kiara Advani looking amazing in her bikini, teasing her fans with oozing.

Oopiri Ooyalaga Song (Telugu) From War 2

This is also the first time that Hrithik and Kiara have worked together, and it marks Kiara’s first film since she had her baby with her husband, Sidharth Malhotra.

The song Oopiri Ooyalaga (Aavan Jaavan) from War 2 impresses audiences, and it is super special to the actress since it falls on her 34th birthday.

Aavan Jaavan got everyone talking since it brings back the Kesariya (superhit song from Brahmastra) crew, including director Ayan Mukerji, music maestro Pritam, singer Arijit Singh, and lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya, who all teamed up for that hit song in 2023.

The song meets the expectations, and it is expected to go viral on audio/video platforms soon.

War 2, the new YRF spy movie featuring Hrithik Roshan, Kiara Advani, and NTR, hits theaters globally on August 14.

Kingdom Movie Review: A Watchable Action Drama Which Slightly Misses The Direction

0

Movie Name:  Kingdom
Rating: 2.75/5
Cast:
Vijay Devarakonda, Satyadev, Bhagyashree Borse, Manish Chaudhari, and Others
Director: Gowtham Tinnanuri
Produced By:
Suryadevara Naga Vamsi
Release Date: 31st July 2025

Vijay Devarakonda’s Kingdom, directed by Gowtham Tinnanuri, arrived in theatres today amidst good buzz. The film’s trailer, pre-release event with Anirudh’s energetic performance, and the unit’s confident speeches raised the buzz among audiences. Now, let us find out if the film’s confidence turned out to be true or not in our review.

Story:

Kingdom tells the tale of Soori (Vijay Deverakonda), an ordinary cop who finds himself on a secret mission. The main storyline revolves around how this mission ties into his brother Siva (Satyadev) and their reunion.

Performances:

Vijay Deverakonda gives a heartfelt performance. His portrayal of Soori in Kingdom feels so natural. Satyadev plays Hero’s brother, Siva, and gives an amazing performance. He fits the role perfectly, and his presence boosts the movie.

Bhagyashree Borse takes on a unique role that’s different from the usual leading lady parts, and she is fine in her limited screen time.

The supporting cast does a decent job in their short roles, but none shine since their characters are pretty simple. Venkitesh plays the bad guy and delivers a good performance, though his character seems a bit typical

Analysis:

Kingdom is directed by Gowtam Tinnanuri. The movie kicks off in a captivating British-era backdrop, pulling the audience in with its visuals and setup right from the start.

The introduction of the hero and the brother sentiment flashback is good. Then, the scene shifts to Sri Lanka, where the protagonist heads for a mission. There are some gloomy moments, but the pre-interval scenes between the villagers and the hero work well, and the first half definitely leaves a good impression.

The second half packs way more drama than the first. In a crucial episode, Satyadev’s character delivers some emotion, but it feels half-baked, as Gowtam misses a chance to amp up the tension for this episode.

Because of this, the required emotion or pain of the hero’s character does not resonate as it should. The climax is well done, and the action looks effective. It delivers a good visual effect. When it comes to the sequel hint, it does not feel forced, but it also lacks a thrilling hook.

Positives:

  • Vijay Deverakonda’s Performance
  • First Half
  • Visuals/Anirudh’s Background Score

Negatives:

  • Constant Slow Mode in the Narration
  • Lacks the Required Emotion
  • Not So Strong Villains

Kingdom Movie Review and Verdict:

Gowtam Tinnanuri’s Kingdom is a watchable action drama. The first half is stronger than the second. Vijay Deverakonda delivers a great performance throughout the film, and Satyadev is also commendable. While the film has some impressive moments, it does not completely realize its emotional depth.
