Sikandar could not reach the expectations

When the film’s announcement came, it received a good buzz because of the director Murugadoss’s name and the release date being Eid; everyone expected it would be a revival project for both Salman Khan and Murugadoss.

However, as the promotional content started to come out, the film’s buzz got killed, which resulted in poor openings, and the film also opened with unanimous negative reviews. On Sunday and the following EID holiday, the movie somehow put up decent numbers, but after that, it completely saw a downfall.

Sikandar: First Film after ages to not reach 100 Cr for Salman

On the 2nd weekend, the film did not pick up and completely crashed at the box office. For the 1st week, the film just collected 85 Cr net in India, and there is no chance for the film to go past 100 Cr.

Can Dil Raju revive Nithiin’s career?

Tollywood Actor, Nithiin’s recent film, Robinhood became an outright disaster. The film achieved negative review on the opening day and never recovered later. The film, as said, ended up with a single-digit closing share. Now, all eyes are on his next film, Thammudu produced by Dil Raju.

Interestingly, Dil Raju too suffered a jolt in the form of Indian 2 last year but breathed a big sigh of relief with his, Sankranthi Vasthunam this year. But, Nithiin, on the other hand scored a hat-trick flop with Macherla Niyojakavargam, Extra Ordinary Man and Robinhood. So, the onus is on to give a big comeback.

Thammudu is directed by Venu Sriram and deals with a sister sentiment theme. Apart from this, Nithiin has another film, Yellamma produced by Dil Raju. This film will be directed by Venu, fame of Balagam. So, Nithiin, crucial turn in his career is handled by Dil Raju and we have to see how these two films workout.

కోలీవుడ్ స్టార్ యాక్టర్ సూపర్ స్టార్ రజినీకాంత్ హీరోగా ప్రస్తుతం రెండు సినిమాలు రూపొందుతున్నాయి. అవి నెల్సన్ దిలీప్ కుమార్ తీస్తున్న జైలర్ 2, అలానే లోకేష్ కనకరాజ్ తీస్తున్న కూలీ. ఈ రెండు సినిమాల పై తమిళ్ తో పాటు పలు ఇతర భాషల ఆడియన్స్ లో కూడా ఎన్నో అంచనాలు నెలకొని ఉన్నాయి.

కాగా తమ మూవీని కూడా పక్కాగా ఆగష్టు 14న రిలీజ్ చేస్తున్నట్లు తాజాగా టీమ్ తెలిపింది. ఇక ఈ మూవీలో కియారా అద్వానీ హీరోయిన్ గా నటిస్తోంది. బాక్సాఫీ పరంగా చూస్తే కూలీ, వార్ 2 రెండు మూవీస్ పై ఆడియన్స్ లో ఫ్యాన్స్ లో విపరీతమైన క్రేజ్ ఉంది. తొలిసారిగా ఎన్టీఆర్ తో హృతిక్ నటిస్తుండడంతో ఆ కాంబినేషన్ తెరపై చూడాలని ఇద్దరు హీరోల ఫ్యాన్స్ ఎంతో ఉత్సాహంగా ఎదురు చూస్తున్నారు.

ఇక తొలిసారిగా రజినీతో తీస్తున్న మూవీ కావడంతో కూలీలో తమ అభిమాన సూపర్ స్టార్ ని లోకేష్ ఎలా చూపిస్తారో చూడాలని రజిని ఫ్యాన్స్ ఆసక్తికరంగా చూస్తున్నారు. మొత్తంగా అటు ప్రీ రిలీజ్ పరంగా కూడా రెండు సినిమాలు మంచి బిజినెస్ ని జరుపుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది. ఆ విధంగా అన్నింటా మంచి పొటెన్షియల్ కలిగిన ఈ రెండు సినిమాల్లో ఏది ఏ స్థాయి విజయం అందుకుంటుందో తెలియాలి అంటే మరికొద్ది నెలలు ఆగాల్సిందే.
