After the OTT boom, every industry started depending on OTT rights and they expected the trend will continue. With this, there have been increases in remunerations of cast and crew, along with heroes, and at the same time,e other businesses came down. It has come to the point where OTT influence is changing Kollywood’s release game.

Now for most of the films, the OTT business is playing a key role as the producer is highly dependent on those deals to recover his budgets. The Tamil analysts say that Tamil big movies are getting only 50 – 60% of what they received two years back for their films, because of the OTT platforms which are deciding theatrical release dates.

Even in Tollywood, there is an effect of OTT platforms, and it has more effect in Tamil Cinema as their films are continuously shuffling their release dates because of this situation. OTT influence is changing Kollywood’s release game.

At least for new movies, the producers need to consider all these things before going on sets and deciding on budgets. If they do not want the digital streaming platforms to not indulge in their release schedules, they should concentrate on strengthening the theatrical markets.

Chiranjeevi, yesterday in Laila‘s Pre-release event, spoke highly of this Janasena Party to everyone’s shock. He raised a big slogan for the party saying, “Jai Janasena.” as well taking a complete political stand.

Surprisingly, today, in the pre-release event of Brahma Anandam, Chiranjeevi said that he stays away from Politics and concentrates only on Acting. This double talk of the Actor about Politics in just a couple of days has shocked all the netizens who are trolling him on social media platforms. They say that if the Actor had truly stayed away from Politics, what made him praise the Janasena Party yesterday or why not just join it? The Actor, yesterday, also said that his party has been transformed into the Janasena Party now.

If his Party transformed into another Party, how could Chiranjeevi feel that he stays away from Politics? This is another question from a netizen. Now, keeping these questions aside, these statements from the Actor didn’t provide a sync. The Actor who expressed his strong endurance and support for the Janasena Party has shockingly withdrawn this today identifying himself as non-political. Many say that this was due to the trolling.

This will surely look ironic and silly. This method of expressing views is unnecessary for him. He would draw respect or adherence only if he exhibited a neutral stand. This is absolutely childish of the Actor who should understand the seriousness of the issue. He knows he had made fun of a Political party and when a retaliation happened, he looks to not pay attention to the cost of a film. This will only land him in further trouble, and no one understands why he has been making this issue big. A casual apology would solve everything, but the Comedian is crossing all the limits assuming himself and the party he is in as supreme. He must first recognize himself as an Actor and not as a mindless politician.

The team has also made plans to release it in three languages with voice-overs of NTR, Suriya, and Ranbir Kapoor.
