Date locked for Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe first look reveal

The date of the first look reveal of Super Star Rajinikanth’s Annaatthe is out. The makers of this much-awaited film have decided to reveal the first look on 10th September. The action drama directed by Siruthai Siva also stars Nayanthara, Jagapathi Babu, Meena, and Keerthy Suresh in key roles. 

A large part of the film has been shot in Hyderabad and the makers set up special sets in the Ramoji Film City to shoot during the lockdown. The movie unit had taken special permission from the authorities to shoot the film at night during the night curfew in the city.

The film has almost completed its entire filming and is being readied for a Diwali release. Annaatthe is produced by Kalanithi Maran under the banner of Sun Pictures. The music is composed by National Award winning music director D Imman.

Ranveer Singh off to Hyderabad for RC15 grand launch

Bollywood star Ranveer Singh has left for Hyderabad for the grand launch of Ram Charan and Shankar’s RC15. He is one of the special guests for the film’s launch along with Mega Star Chiranjeevi and SS Rajamouli.

Ranveer Singh incidentally, will be starring in Shankar’s next pan-India film which is going to be a remake of the director’s 2005 blockbuster Aparichitudu. Meanwhile, RC15 will co-star Kiara Advani alongside Ram Charan.

The music of the film is by S Thaman. Sai Madhav Burra has been roped in to pen the dialogues for the film. Dil Raju will bankroll the project on a massive scale under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations.

The film was earlier scheduled to go on floors in August as stated by Dil Raju. However, the existing schedules of Charan didn’t permit the launch earlier. The film’s pre-production works have been going at a great pace and the film is slated to be shot in a much quicker time than any of Shankar’s previous films

With his much-awaited film Seetimaarr all set to hit the screens this week, hero Gopichand spoke to the media and spoke about the film and what to expect. Speaking about the beginning of the Seetimaarr journey, the actor said,
“After Gautham Nanda, Sampath and I decided to collaborate again. As decided he came with script to me but it was a message-oriented film which I didn’t like. Later he returned with a sports action drama which is Seetimarr which I immediately okayed.”

Gopichand also added that this will be a different film from all the earlier Kabaddi films made in Tollywood. This sports action drama has a perfect mix of sports action with mass elements. There will also be some good emotional sequences between him and Bhoomika who plays his sister in the film.

Speaking about his future projects, he said that he is currently working on Pakka Commercial which is almost done, and also has a film with Srivass coming up next.

Tamannah is playing the coach of the Telangana Kabaddi team. Mani Sharma has composed music for this sports action film . Srinivasaa Chitturi is bankrolling the film under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen

Khiladi first single ‘Istam’ to be out on September 10th

Ravi Teja’s much-awaited Khiladi’s first single will be releasing on September 10th. The makers of the film took to social media to make the announcement through a promo. Titled ‘Istam’, the song is a romantic number picturized on Mass Maharaja and Dimple Hayathi. Devi Sr Prasad has composed the tunes for this film.

Ravi Teja is back in form with Krack and the inside reports on Khiladi are also quite positive. He will be seen in a double role in this film which is reported to be packed with thrilling action sequences.

The film has also been getting delayed for quite sometime but director Ramesh Varma has promised the fans that the wait will be worth it.

Ravi Teja will be seen in a dual role in this action thriller. The movie is produced jointly by Satyanarayana Koneru and Ramesh Varma under the banner of A Studios LLP. It stars Dimple Hayathi, Unni Mukundan, Arjun Sarja and Meenakshi Chaudhary in key roles.

Kiara lands in Hyderabad for RC15

Kiara Advani was spotted at the Hyderabad airport earlier. She arrived in the city to take part in the puja of director Shankar and Ram Charan’s #RC15. Reportedly, the puja ceremony will be followed by a photoshoot featuring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani.

On July 31, producer Dil Raju’s took to Twitter to welcome Kiara Advani on board. She will be playing the female lead in the trilingual film. The full-fledged shooting of this period film will commence sometime later this month.

Ahead of the film’s puja, Kiara Advani was spotted at the Hyderabad airport. Ram Charan will be seen alongside Kiara Advani after Vinaya Vidheya Rama in this film. Sai Madhav Burra has been roped in for the dialogues while SS Thaman will compose tunes for the film.

This film is going to be unlike any of the other Shankar films. Reportedly, heavy usage of VFX and costly sets that are a part of Shankar’s films will be missing in #RC15.

‘Suffered multiple injuries while playing a blind girl’: Isha Chawla

Actress Isha Chawla made a successful debut a decade ago with Adi starter Prema Kavali but has been away from Tollywood for a while. The actress later went on to co-star with Balakrishna in Srimannarayana and Sunil in Poolarangadu. There were also rumours of her featuring in Bigg Boss Telugu but Esha has revealed that she is currently busy with her ongoing projects.

She will be playing a blind girl in her upcoming film which also features Kamal Kamaraju. It’s my most challenging role yet,” she says, and reveals that the film is a remake of Spanish thriller Julia’s Eyes, told from the perspective of the girl.

Speaking about her experience of playing such a challenging role, the actress said that it was both physically as well as mentally gruelling. “I had a major fall during a chase sequence. My foot got caught in something, and since I was blindfolded, I couldn’t maintain my balance and crashed on to some barbed wire. I was injured and rushed to the hospital, where I was given first aid. But it was worth all the injuries, ” she stated.

Vijay Devarakonda is one of the most in-demand actors in Tollywood right now. The actor will be next seen in a pan-India film Liger directed by Puri Jagannadh. The film is under production right now and will release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, and Kannada.

Shiva Nirvana is getting ready for the release of his third film Tuck Jagadish. The director has shot to fame in a short span of time with Ninnu Kori and Majili. Both these films were heavy on emotional content and Tuck Jagadish will also be heavy on emotions along with commercial elements said the director.

Speaking to the media about the film, Shiva Nirvana said that the film has some exciting twists which will be definitely loved by the audience. “When I first narrated the story to Nani, I narrated along with the twists and he was absolutely shocked and moved by them and the audience will react similarly,” he said.

He further added that the film will be packed with whistle-worthy moments and Nani’s character will be packed with emotions, humour, and fun. He also expressed optimism over the OTT release.

“One of the big advantages of OTT is that we can sit with elders in the family and enjoy it with those who couldn’t have made it to the theatres in the present conditions,” he stated. The director further added that Tuck Jagadish will set a new trend in family dramas.

Shanmukha Priya was one of the finalists of the popular singing reality show Indian Idol season 12. She got a pleasant surprise when her favorite actor Vijay Deverakonda extended his wishes to her on the show. The Rowdy star also promised that she will sing in his next film.

On the grand finale, Vijay appeared on the big screen, much to the surprise of Shanmukha Priya who was jumping in joy. The actor then said, “Today, is the finale.
