అయితే తాజా సమాచారం ప్రకారం ఈ ‘షేర్షా’ జంట ఈ ఏడాది ఫిబ్రవరి 6న రాజస్థాన్లోని జైసల్మేర్లో వివాహం చేసుకోబోతున్నారని తెలుస్తోంది. అయితే వీరి పెళ్లి పై ఇంకా అధికారిక ప్రకటన రావాల్సి ఉంది. ఫిబ్రవరి 6న సూర్యగఢ్ హోటల్లో కి కియారా – సిద్ధార్థ్ ల వివాహం జరగనుండగా, ఫిబ్రవరి 4, 5 తేదీల్లో ప్రీ వెడ్డింగ్ వేడుకలు జరగనున్నాయట. షాహిద్ కపూర్, మీరా కపూర్, కరణ్ జోహార్, వరుణ్ ధావన్ వంటి సెలబ్రిటీలతో పాటు సన్నిహితులు, కుటుంబ సభ్యులు కూడా ఈ పెళ్లికి హాజరు కానున్నారని సమాచారం.

The sensational Kantara Telugu version delivers massive TRP

The makers of Writer Padmabhushan, Anurag Reddy, Sharath Chandra, Chandru Manoharan have held paid premieres in the last week or so in both the Telugu states. This indicated how confident they were with their product. Let us see whether the film lived up to their expectations or not.

Story: Padmabhushan (Suhas) is an assistant librarian who is also an aspirant writer who pens a book that nobody buys. One fine day, Bhushan’s maternal uncle announces he is ready to wed his daughter (Tina Shilparaj) to Bhushan claiming that he read his new book of Bhushan and he is the best writer in town. The twist in the tale is Bhushan does not know about this book and falls into a fix. Who has written this book? How Bhushan benefited from that? What problems did he face because of this? Answers to these questions form the rest of the story.

Analysis: Debutant director Shanmukha Prashanth has made a decent entry with his first film. Writer Padmabhushan looks like a typical coming-of-age journey, but it has more points to tell. Shanmukh successfully incorporated fun in most parts and gave the film an overall feel-good touch, but he could have worked more on setting the emotions effectively. Editors Pawan Kalyan and Siddharth did an excellent job of keeping the run time of the film crisp. Sekhar Chandra and Kalyan Nayak’s music is equally good.

Verdict: Writer Padmabhushan has many hilarious moments, and the film tries to tell an important message at the end which is a never-ending issue in society. While the mix of emotions with humor could have done better, the film makes up for a good watch with its entertainment.

Wedding rumors of actors Kiara Advani and Siddharth Malhotra have been publishing on social media since the couple made numerous public appearances together. However, the rumored couple has never given an Official confirmation about their relationship.

But the latest rumors have at it the `Shershaah` couple is all set to tie the knot in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan on February 6, this year. However, an official approval about their marriage is still awaited.

కే విశ్వనాథ్ తెరకెక్కించిన శంకరాభరణం ఎంతటి పేరు ప్రఖ్యాతలు పొందిందో ప్రత్యేకంగా చెప్పాల్సిన అవసరం లేదు. ఆ సినిమా విడుదలై నిన్నటికి 43 ఏళ్లు. సరిగ్గే అదే రోజు ఆయన మరణించారు. కే విశ్వనాథ్ పేరు చెబితే శంకరాభారణం, సాగర సంగమం, స్వాతిముత్యం, సిరిసిరిమువ్వ మొదలగు సినిమాలు గుర్తుకు రాని తెలుగు సినీ ప్రేక్షకులు ఉండరు అంటే అతిశయోక్తి కాదు.

1957లో తోడికోడళ్లు సినిమాకు సౌండ్ ఇంజనీర్‌గా సినీ జీవితాన్ని ప్రారంభించిన కే విశ్వనాథ్.. దర్శకుడు ఆదుర్తి సుబ్బారావు గారి వద్ద సహాయ దర్శకుడిగా పనిచేశారు. ఇద్దరు మిత్రులు, చదువుకున్న అమ్మాయిలు, మూగ మనసులు, డాక్టర్ చక్రవర్తి సినిమాలకు సహాయ దర్శకుడిగా పని చేసిన తర్వాత తొలిసారిగా 1965లో అక్కినేని నాగేశ్వరరావుతో ఆత్మగౌరవం సినిమా తెరకెక్కించారు. ఫిబ్రవరి 19, 1930న రేపల్లెలో జన్మించిన కే విశ్వనాథ్‌కు తొలి సినిమా తర్వాత వెంటనే అవకాశాలు రాలేదు.

శోభన్‌బాబు హీరోగా ఆయన తీసిన చెల్లెలి కాపురం. అందాల హీరో శోభన్ బాబుతో డీ గ్లామర్ రోల్ చేయించి ప్రశంసలు అందుకున్నారు. ఆ తరువాత ఆయన తెరకెక్కించిన శారద, సిరిసిరి మువ్వ సినిమాలు చక్కని పేరు తెచ్చుకోవడంతో పాటు మంచి విజయాల్ని సాధించాయి. సిరిసిరి మువ్వ భారీ విజయం ఆయన దర్శక జీవితాన్ని మలుపు తిప్పింది. ఇక శంకరాభారణం సినిమా అప్పట్లో సంచలనం సృష్టించింది. పాశ్చాత్య సంగీతం మరియు సంప్రదాయ సంగీతం మధ్య వ్యత్యాసం గురించి చర్చించిన ఆ సినిమా కే విశ్వనాథ్ దర్శకత్వంతో పాటు జే వి సోమయాజులు నటన, మహాదేవన్ సంగీతం, వేటూరి సాహిత్యం, బాలు గాత్రం, జంధ్యాల మాటలకు ఎంతో పేరు తెచ్చిపెట్టింది.

ఇక కమల్ హాసన్‌ – కే విశ్వనాథ్ లు కలిసి పని చేసిన సినిమాలు తెలుగు సినిమా చరిత్రలో క్లాసిక్లు గా నిలిచాయి. వారిద్దరి కలయికలో వచ్చిన స్వాతిముత్యం సినిమా అప్పట్లోనే భారతదేశం తరపున అధికారికంగా ఆస్కార్ ఎంట్రీ ఇచ్చిన ఏకైక తెలుగు సినిమాగా నిలిచింది. ఇక ఆ తరువాత విడుదలైన స్వయంకృషి, స్వర్ణ కమలం, ఆపద్భాంధవుడు, స్వాతి కిరణం సినిమాలు కూడా విశ్వనాథ్ గారికి ఎనలేని గౌరవం తీసుకు వచ్చాయి. ఆయన తీసిన సిరివెన్నెల సినిమాతోనే దివంగత రచయిత సిరివెన్నెల సీతారామశాస్త్రి ఇంటిపేరు సిరివెన్నెలగా మారింది.

కే విశ్వనాథ్ తెలుగు చలన చిత్ర పరిశ్రమలోనే కాకుండా.. హిందీలో కూడా తన సినిమాల్ని రీమేక్ చేసి విజయాలు సాధించారు. సిరి సిరిమువ్వను సర్గమ్‌గా, శుభోదయం సినిమాను కామ్‌చోర్‌గా, శంకరాభరణం సినిమాను సుర్ సంగమ్‌గా తెరకెక్కించారు.విశ్వనాథ్ గారికి రఘుపతి వెంకయ్య నాయుడు అవార్డు, పద్మ శ్రీ అవార్డులు దక్కాయి. 2016లో దేశ సినీ రంగంలో ఇచ్చే అత్యున్నత అవార్డు దాదా సాహెబ్ ఫాల్కే అవార్డు కూడా ఆయనకు లభించింది. దర్శక ధీరుడు, కళాతపస్వి కే విశ్వనాథ్‌ ఆత్మకు శాంతి కలగాలని కోరుకుంటున్నాము.

Legendary director K Vishwanath sir passed away

Legendary Telugu filmmaker K. Viswanath, who was beloved for exemplary films such as Sankarabharanam, Sagara Sangamam, Swathi Muthyam and Swarna Kamalam, breathed his last on Thursday at his home in Hyderabad. The five-time national award winner was suffering from age-related illnesses. He was 92.

Viswanath started his career as an audiographer for Vauhini Studios in Madras. After working as a sound engineer for a brief time, he worked under Adurthi Subba Rao and went on to work as an assistant director on 1951 Telugu film Pathala Bhairavi.

Viswanath did his directorial debut with 1965 film Aatma Gowravam, which won the state Nandi award. In 1980, Sankarabharanam was the significant change for Viswanath as he became a a nationwide sensation, thanks to the film’s unbelievable fame everywhere. The film discussed the difference between Carnatic music and Western music, based on the viewpoint of people from two different generations.

Sankarabharanam won four National awards. It was later remade as Sur Sangam, also directed by Viswanath, in Hindi. After the success of Sankarabharanam, Viswanath continued to make many more films that has art and music as the backdrop like Sagara Sangamam, Swati Kiranam, Swarna Kamalam, Sruthilayalu and Swarabhishekam. Incidentally, K Viswanath Passed away on the same day Sankarabharanam released.

His 1985 Telugu film Swati Muthyam, starring Kamal Haasan in the main character as an autistic man who shows up to protect a young Widow was India’s entry for Best Language Foreign Film for the Academy Awards.

Viswanath made his Bollywood debut with 1979 film Sargam, which was a remake of his own movie Siri Siri Muvva. Some of his other popular Hindi films comprise Kaamchor, Shubh Kaamna, Jaag Utha Insan, Sanjog, Eeshwar and Dhanwaan.

His last directorial project was the 2010 Telugu film Subhapradam starring Allari Naresh and Manjari Phadnis. He also acted in over two dozen films across Telugu and Tamil industries and was seen last on screen in Uttama Villain (2015). In 1992, they awarded him the Padma Shri and the Dada Saheb Phalke award in 2017. He had won the Film fare awards eight times in a career spanning over four decades.

దేవరాజ్ పరిస్థితి చిరంజీవిని కదిలించి వెంటనే అతని కుటుంబానికి రూ.5 లక్షలు ఇవ్వడానికి ఏర్పాట్లు చేశారట. దేవరాజ్ చిరంజీవితో కలిసి నాగు, రాణికాసుల రంగమ్మ, పులి బెబ్బులి సహా పలు చిత్రాలకు పని చేశారు.

మరో వైపు తన తాజా చిత్రం వాల్తేరు వీరయ్యతో భారీ బ్లాక్ బస్టర్ అందించిన చిరంజీవి ప్రస్తుతం మెహర్ రమేష్ దర్శకత్వంలో భోళా శంకర్ అనే సినిమాలో నటిస్తున్నారు. ఈ చిత్రాన్ని అనిల్ సుంకర నిర్మిస్తున్నారు. కాగా చిరంజీవి చెల్లెలి పాత్రలో హీరోయిన్ కీర్తి సురేష్ కనిపించనున్నారు.

Megastar Chiranjeevi is not only known for his acting prowess and box office records, he also raved for many philanthropic works for a long time like eye and blood bank services. He had shown his mega heart by providing a helping hand to many industry people in their testing times by donating to them and likewise to his fans during their crisis.

Mega Star Chiranjeevi has once again won hearts of everybody with his kind gesture. The actor donated Rs. 5 lakh to veteran cinematographer P Devaraj, who has been facing financial difficulties for some time.

Chiranjeevi learned of Devaraj’s condition through his team. Recently, in an interview, the veteran technician spoke about his financial struggles despite having worked for 300 films.

Devaraj’s situation moved Chiranjeevi and quickly arranged to provide Rs. 5 lakh to his family. Devaraj has worked on several films with Chiranjeevi, including Naagu, Ranikasula Rangamma, and Puli Bebbuli. On the professional side, Chiranjeevi who has delivered a massive blockbuster with his latest film Waltair Veerayya is now acting in Bholaa Shankar under the direction of Meher Ramesh.

The action entertainer is nearing the end of its theatrical run. The film has given a major boost to mega fans as well as Chiranjeevi after the failure of Acharya and the cold performance of Godfather. Waltair Veerayya has emerged as the career highest grosser as well as share film of Chiranjeevi (single language).

The stupendous performance of this film gave Chiru a much-awaited 100 crore share film and helped him emerge as the unanimous Sankranti winner. Waltair Veerayya now sits at the sixth position in Tollywood’s top 10 movies list.
